With experiences gained in the tin mining industry decades ago, the restaurant founder discovered that most miners suffer from rheumatism. The traditional Bak Kut Teh is not an ideal dish for them; hence soup made from peppercorn and pig's stomach. It is not heaty and warms the body. This eatery also sells traditional dishes, such as Hakka Stew Pork Belly and Hokkien-style Mustard Green Rice.
